I highly recommend Andrew McCredie at 20/20 Insurance. He is quick to respond, very helpful, and more importantly, he saved me a bunch of money when my former homeowners' insurance provider jacked the rates up on me. They solicite calls at lady 2x a day, even from other states, 8am-3pm. It's so annoying. Customer service have hung up on me when i tell them to remove my number. The automated telemarketer doesn't do anything but refer you to customer service, does not actually remove my number. 0/5 stars, pretty sure they are a scam.

Tane is a nice guy when he is available, but he is unresponsive most of the time. He quoted an umbrella policy at $170 for the year back in February (I'm writing this review in July.5 months later). Still waiting for the policy to be activated. I've sent multiple emails to Tane and called several times. It's been 5 months with no progress and almost no communication! Clearly, I don't matter much to Tane as a customer, even though I spend lots of $$$ on insurance with 20/20 (I have home, vehicle, and umbrella insurance with them). It's a shame to see a small local business treat their customers this way. I do not recommend them and would not use them again.

Outstanding service and great rates! In need of rental policy brought me here initially. I was not intending on changing my auto insurance, but after working with Andrew on the rental insurance and getting a much better rate we ended up putting both of our cars with 20/20! Overall very happy with both policies and the customer service has been outstanding. Andrew is my go to for insurance now and highly recommend!

This is a great full service office. Tane has a good staff and has helped me get into a reasonable priced house and auto policy. He sat down with me personally and worked on getting proper coverage to protect my assets. Brought in a copy of school transcript for good student discount adding my newly licensed son to policy. I have called Tane with several questions and he gives a prompt answer. Does not have the large corporate office feel at all. I was able to setup online access to our Safeco policy. Can make payments, print out proof of insurance cards, check status, view policy by computer at home.
