I called Joie over concerns of my insurance rates, Joie immediately did some research and sent me a quote for another company which was quite a difference. I ultimately decided I was going to switch and popped into the office unannounced and was switched to the new insurance with payment and documents signed in under 15 mins. I called in the morning last week to get a copy of my receipt for my insurance policy. The lady took down my information and said that someone would give me a call back. Never got a call back and the information was never emailed to me. I then called again in the afternoon and the gentleman said he would call me back in 20 mins so that he could email me the receipt since they didn't have it in file? But he never gave me a call back. It was a simple request and I don't understand why it was not able to be completed it was quite frustrating.
