Dan Thomas with Cecil W Powell has been a valued asset to our company when it comes to our benefits program and has been for many years! He is always a step ahead and informs us well in advance of changes and/or updates. His communication skills are impeccable! This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They never answers their phones (office or personal cell), they never answer emails. It is impossible to get anything done with them. I would advise to stay away from this company - any company will be a better choice than this. 1/14/21 - another email unanswered - while they hold onto close to $20,000 in bond money even though they have been notified of the bonds have been settled and released.

Cecil Powell's bonds are always hot and fresh. We always stock up for the week on bonds and are never disappointed! The manager Ben always greets us by name and knows my order. Sometimes he even throws in a little notary for free. I've never tried their insurance offerings but they smell amazing!. If you want bonds or insurance with a smile, CWP is the place to go! 5 Stars!
