Had a broken windshield was clueless on what to do. Was referred to Dominique by my insurance agent Yesenia who also is very good. Dominique open the claim for me. She was very attentive on top of my claim answered all my questions if she dint know she would find the answer. I had my windshield replace that same day. Good customer service.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness garbage service. Literally no one will take you call. I have called over 5 times no insurance broker available. I shouldn't be going through this hassle to buy insurance as a prospective client this should be going as smooth as possible but it isn't.

I worked with Daniel from Miami Insurance Brokers for 10 days, trying to get a policy for a new home we are purchasing. First he took a few days to run quotes with insurance providers, then said there was nothing available and that he would have to run it with Citizens as a last resort provider. On that Friday, he told me that he was trying to get an approval and that he would get it by that afternoon or latest by Monday.

This whole process took 10 days and he finally said they couldn't do it. He made it seem like the process with Citizens was so complicated and time consuming. Another agency ran the quotes and had the policy bound in 2 days. Very unprofessional.

Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company to secure insurance. Last year I purchased a home and they secured my flood insurance. Approximately a month ago I found out that my insurance had not been properly renewed because one of their employees had failed to submit a fax. I have been trying to contact the agent who is suppose to be working to resolve this issue, however, she has yet to return any of my phone calls. This company lacks professionalism, and should be avoided at all costs.
