Great customer service! The best in San Antonio when it come to insurance. Very clean place. Very knowledgeable employees. The girls at this location and several locations I have been to in San Antonio have been very helpful and very friendly. I love how during the winter they give you free calendars! Very thoughtful company. Mayra the manager has helped me on the several occasions I have been there so that I wouldn't have to wait! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

At this specific location on military I'm not sure who hired these women but most of them are extremely rude over the phone when you want to ask them just a simple question. Price changes on you every 2 months for no reason at all. I'm discontinuing my insurance with these people just because of this specific location and go somewhere else where their more professional!
