Liz Butler took the time to get to know my husband and me while we were searching for our first home on Johns Island. She listened carefully to our preferences and scheduled viewings based on our likes and dislikes. We appreciated Liz's style and her input of the homes. When we viewed properties, Liz gave my husband and me ample time to privately explore and talk without pressure.

She genuinely wanted to get us into a house that would meet our family's needs. When we were finally ready to make an offer on a property, Liz was a skillful yet realistic negotiator. We are beyond thrilled with the house we purchased and grateful to Liz for leading us to it. We unequivocally recommend Liz to buyers looking for property in the Charleston area.

To Whom It May Concern, In June if this year Mrs. Butler listed must Mother's home and in a month's time it was sold. I have to brag a little on your agent; she was not only friendly and kind but also informative knowledgeable and always available if we had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home. Sincerely, Margaret P. Hazel

UTE LISA APPLEBY was by far the most unprofessional agent we have ever dealt with. Caught lying for her own benefit. Disgusting. Used Agent owned in the past never an issue until now. Very very unprofessional on so many levels. Trust is Very important to us when dealing with a realtor.

Tried to view the listings on the website. Only a few clicks allowed before the DEMAND for contact info kept popping up at on my screen. I could not view any more listings without giving my email and other personal info. I want to be able to choose my new home without being berated with email offers and updates. Lost my business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Anson Beckman was our property manager for 303 Grove Street in downtown Charleston. Although there were several annoying instances of her never responding to us via email throughout our residence there, I'll stick to the straw that broke the camel's back. We notified Anson that there was mold that we believed to be dangerous in our home in January 2018.

We had tried cleaning it, but it kept coming back and we were continuously getting sicker. We requested that they come test our home. Anson came by, took a few quick looks around, and said to clean with bleach and water and that the landlord would come take a look. No official testing was done until we called the city a month after the initial request.

We had to follow up every day just to get her to do anything - and when we told her we wouldn't be paying rent for March rent because of the severity of the mold, she said "no you are wrong and if you leave the lease Owen (the landlord) will come after you." Once we notified her that we had reported it to the city, that's when she called ServPro. Ultimately, they deemed the home unlivable. Anson's negligence and skirting around the issue for a month was causing great damage to our health. (Rashes, upper-respiratory issues, allergy attacks).

If she had just done her job the first time we wouldn't have had to live in an "unlivable" environment for so long. To top it all off, we requested our February rent back (we had asked for inspections in January and wouldn't have paid February rent had we known the results of the tests). She agreed that we could get rent back. When we followed up, she pretended like WE were the crazy ones and denied that she ever said that.

Be careful who you rent with. It cost us thousands of dollars in replacing furniture, moving costs, and medical bills - and we will likely never see a dime of that back. (Note: The photo of my arm on the left is while living in the home, the right is only a week later after moving out of the infested home.)

Moving to South Carolina was a move I loved till I had to deal with your Realtor Danielle Fink, my mistake that I didn't check her reviews online before I signed my lease, something to learn in business is NOT to take advantage of a good tenant, knowing what I know now from my own experience and the previous tenant's I will never recommend her nor the office she works for, by keeping the deposit or making sure to get portion of it just because you want to is one of the most unprofessional practice I ever had to deal with, my advice to anyone wants to deal with them is to check with the previous tenants or their reviews online. and make sure to tape inside and outside the location before you sign the lease. it is a scam. what a shame.
