I cannot say enough about the personal service that we have received over the years. Everyone I have dealt with has treated us extremely well This is a family run business. The personal service and attention to detail. They review our insurance needs every year and make sure our insurance needs are met with both personal and business. I contacted this broker to obtain a quote. I was open minded however as a veteran investor, I had some particular needs. In conversations with Kendra, she has a habit of interrupting and talking over her customer. Rather than survey me for what I felt I needed, she also presumed what I wanted and provided a quote without first discussing options, which every other broker has done with me, except Kendra.
I find that it is very challenging to have a conversation with someone who interrupts persistently and sadly this is the only reason I cannot consider buying insurance from Kendra. Kendra lost all future possibility of my business in a highly competitive field because she seems set on communicating with potential customers in her own particular way and is not a good listener.

After having a truly horrific experience with Kurt (the owner) at Quisenberry Insurance, I called Darrell Taylor at Aldrich. Wow. A breath of fresh air. He is a consultant, a gentleman and super patient and nice. I am extremely pleased to meet this group and glad they were able to listen and offer me the options I wanted without trying to sell me something. They were not too busy to listen carefully and present me with excellent choices. Bravo!
