THIS PLACE IS A BUNCH OF BALONEY! SCAM ARTISTS! LIARS! THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR BUSINESS INSURANCE AND GOT ME INSURANCE THAT DIDN'T EVEN ACCEPT BY TYPE OF BUSINESS AND WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY! HEY OWNER, I KNOW WHO WROTE MY POLICY AND SHE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE AND I KNOW SHE STILL WORKS THERE. LIAR. Response to you: (since I can't respond directly to your response, I will edit to include here) I have all the paperwork to support my claim.
You are really saying several months! Ha! They cancelled my insurance a month later. I got the paperwork and that's why the carrier refunded me for YOUR mistake. And I have the emails to prove who wrote my policy and she's the same JO that answers the phone. And NO ONE told me anything about a non-refundable fee, you were the first to say it. Your just trying to cover your a$$. I'll let the Insurance Commission deal with it from here on out. I have all the proof.
