Be very careful using Alliance. They let my homeowners insurance lapse without communicating with me. Then sent me a quote after my insurance had expired by a week. I responded to that email that I was going with Allstate as I was not comfortable using them again after allowing me to lapse, they didn't even respond with a we are sorry that happened or anything. They simply did not care. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I've been with this company for several years my renewal was approaching, new insurance rate what extremely expensive. An agent was suppose to get back with me 30 days prior to my renewal date never got back with me with quotes nor did she follow up with me. Therefore I went with ALLSTATE. Thanks to (Krislynn) for not following up with me which caused me to go with ALLSTATE!

My wife and I had to add our 16 year old to our policy and were looking at an increase of more than $200 a month with Esurance. I reached out to Meagan Griffin with Alliance & Associates Insurance since our homeowners policy is with them just to see if we could do any better. BEST DECISION IVE MADE IN A LONG TIME! Meagan was not only able to beat my new quote with Esurance, but my monthly payment went DOWN!

I have benefited from the excellent service provided by Connie Boling at Alliance. She worked hard to provide and then adjust the coverage I was seeking for my home. The new policy will increase my coverage to include solar panels but will reduce my annual cost by more than $500! Additionally she offered to check on my golf cart and auto policies. She was able to lower the premiums on those as well. Thoroughly pleasant experience and well worth the time required to complete the process.

I purchased insurance for a second home through this company. However, when it came time for renewal, I decided to use the property as a rental and was told by Alliance that the company that had previously insured the property does not insure rental properties. Ok, no problem. They looked for companies that do and in a few days found an acceptable one. Got it bound, good to go.

But uh-oh. Found out the original company submitted an invoice to my mortgage company to renew for a year and they paid it; and the new company submitted their invoice and it was paid too. So now my escrow account has a huge deficit. Oh and I can't get a full refund on the policy that renewed; I'll only get 75%. WTF?! Alliance knew the original company could no longer insure the property.

They were searching for other insurance. If the other policy was going to automatically renew, they should have immediately canceled it or advised me to do it once I told them of the change in property status. I complained to the company via phone and letter to no avail and filed a complaint with BBB. Most of the employees I spoke to were very cordial but I will never do business with them again. They cost me too much money.

NO STARS! DON'T DO IT! From start to finish this place was horrible! management, they hired friends and family who had no experience. There were cliques and people were discriminated against. If insurance wasn't your thing-you were screwed. Favoritism was a main thing! If they weren't micromanaging then they weren't managing at all. You always felt like you were horrible at your job. JUST DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE MISERY!
