I called on 10/10 at 9:30am asked for a quote for flood insurance on our home. I was told they would get back to me. I waited 2 more days and called back was told again they were working on it. I waited until 3:57 on Friday 10/12 and got the recorder saying the hours were till 4:30 but the recorder left a message. I again called Monday afternoon 10/22 was told again they were working on it I asked the receptionist why no one has called me back and how long does it take to get a quote and I asked for the owner or Manager she told me Gerry was busy but she would give him the message.
I finally just got a call from Gerry at 2:10pm Tuesday. Gerry informed me the owners are the ones that didn't call you back I said ok thank you. This is a horrible way to run a business, terrible customer service.
