Karen Rubel is the Executive Director to the Owner Ralph Nannola and Vice President Lisa Nannola at American Casualty Insurance Agency. Her work experiences includes working for Independent/Captive Agencies as a Customer Service Representative, her current role as an Executive Director for over 25 years, and with Dairyland Insurance Companies as an Underwriter/Accounting Supervisor for 9 and a half years. She was presented with the Travelers South Central Region 2011 High Achievers Award for her outstanding performance.
