Fantastic company over all. They have the small bank feel by providing personal service, but have large bank amenities like an up-to-date mobile app.

The bankers at this bank are very friendly and attentive. The branch has been recently remodeled and feels very modern.

Worst experience I have ever had with a bank, and I am a 20+ yr banker myself. My father passed away in January 2020 and this operation was heartless, didn't provide any empathy or suggest that they cared one way or another as to what I was attempting to navigate with regard to the estate process. Management used any method possible to make things difficult for me.

I am thankful I requested the account closed and am able to use my bank where the community banking relationship still exists. Perhaps Prairie Mountain Bank could take a lesson from other community bankers in Montana; we don't have to operate like metro area banks, especially in time of death and loss.

The bankers at this bank are extremely unprofessional and have zero regard for peoples time. They are also heavily invested in local cronyism and playing favorites. With all the banks in the area, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

I went in on a Saturday to get a notary for my 9 year old son who is in Ukraine but cannot board a plane back to the United States with his grandparents without a travel letter from me. My bank only had drive through service today. Since I do not have an account with them the woman told me she would not do it for me despite the fact that it was an emergency.

She was very dismissive and rude and no amount of money would persuade her. I would've paid $500.00 for it if I needed to in order to insure my son's safe return to the United States but oh well! Not her kid I suppose so who gives a damn! Thank God I have a friend who saw my post on Facebook begging for a notary on short notice and I got my son the paperwork needed today! This place is cold! Either she is or their policies are! Either way I'd NEVER stick my money in the care of such a place!
