The owner is rude. Plain and simple. The other woman, who I believe is her daughter, is always helpful and polite. However, every time I speak to the owner directly, her attitude is poor and always speaks in a condescending tone. I DREAD calling them for any inquiries because of the anticipated poor customer service I might experience. It's a shame that the company and employees are viewed in bad light due to poor management. I would not recommend this woman to anyone. You're better off going directly to an insurance agency.

I have always taken great pride in our customer service and the service we have provided our clients for over 25 years. Our clients know they can trust us to look after their insurance needs and we will act in their best interest. Unfortunately, sometimes other family members want us to do things contrary to our clients wishes of the policy holder, and in cases like these, we sometimes get caught in the middle of a family dispute.

Our responsibility is only to our client, the policy holder, and we will not break that trust. In Response to Jessica Rafaeil, who is NOT our client, my responsibility is to protect the wishes of the policy holder/ owner. The office has taken numerous calls from our client and the drivers on the policy. I and my staff have worked numerous times, both during and after office hours, with our client and we have acted as instructed. Again, Ms. Rafaeil is not our client and we will not do things that would be contrary to the wishes of the policy owner who has control over the policy, regardless of what her daughters want.

This is clearly a family dispute over which we have no control. Jessica also needs to understand that no amount of harassment of my staff is going to make any difference in how we protect our clients and service our policy holders.
