I left several messages regarding changing my policy and never received a call back. Finally I had to contact the actual insurance company. I asked to have a vehicle removed from my policy because it failed inspection and wouldn't be used, and I didn't get an answer until AFTER my next payment needed to be made; which I believe was completely by design to make sure I paid for a car I was unable to drive anyway.
I had AXIA in the past. When I moved back to MA, I was warned against working with them. But, I like to be loyal to companies I have had good experiences with. Now I know I was told that things had changed and AXIA was no longer the company I had worked with in the past. Completely disgusting!

Sarah Crossman is fantastic, very knowledgable and helpful, not to mention just a really nice agent who has your best interest! She is very attentive and answers all calls and emails quickly. Sarah works with everyone to get you the best rate as possible and wont stop till she does! Awesome service!

Axia insurance is a great insurance company. My agent Aidil is great as well. They are professional but yet personable And easy to to talk with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great insurance company. Recently I added renters insurance and it was completed within minutes. Great service! Thank you!
