I can't give anything less than 5 stars! I was paying WAY TOO much for car insurance and Ross helped me bring that price down by selecting a new company for me. Soon after, I moved apartments and Heather found renters insurance that dropped from $170/month to $180/year. The people who work here are responsive, intelligent, and they CARE. I always recommend this group to anyone looking at changing insurance.

Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable about what I need. I am so glad that I switched insurance companies! Each person I work with at the agency appears interested in my needs. I found out abour Baron through a trusted financial advisor's website and am so glad I contacted the agency. The attention paid to my situation and insurance needs was something I had not experienced when working with any other insurance agency, and being 72 years old I have worked with quite a few!

Zania was amazing she really went above and beyond. I was shopping around for new insurance and I am glad I found these guys. They were very responsive to my needs and Zania stayed on the phone to find the right fit for my insurance, she even went above and beyond getting me a quote for my business insurance. You guys rock and have a customer for life. Guys give them a call it worth it

I have only ever experienced customer service on this level one other time from an insurance agent. I was with him for 13 yrs until I needed a service he couldn't provide. Ross was the Boss - he got me into a good program w the right coverages thru Erie that met my needs at a good price. I'd recommend these folks without hesitation. No question, a premier player in the insurance game.

Ross and Roxanne have been incredible in the process of taking out the best insurance policies for our needs.
