Do not go to this agency for life insurance. Paul seems to think email is the way to communicate instead of picking up the phone. We were told up front it would be a one month process. It took two months. Part of the problem was the insurance company but part of the problem was the agent. The agency did not care about the upfront information we were not provided nor that their agent gave less than stellar service. If you need homeowners or vehicle insurance ask for Krista. She is the best and the only reason we are not going elsewhere. If she ever leaves, we will be gone.

I met Jeromy a few years ago, and knew after my wife and I bought our first house that we wanted his office to handle our insurance needs. Jeromy has a great reputation in the community and our experience with his agency has been first class. The staff walked us through buying a Home Owners policy, were able to get us flood insurance when we were freaking out over the incoming Hurricane, and answers any questions we have immediately. I contacted Barrett-Harding Insurance group for home owners insurance. I worked with Sara and I feel she worked to get me the best quote. She was able to give me a quote that was significantly lower than the other companies. She replied back to me in a timely manor to get the quotes going for the bank to speed up the closing process. I will strongly recommend Barrett-Harding to other home owners. She also called me to explain the premiums and get more information to ensure the best possible quote.
