The agency has the pen to several hard to get specialty carriers. In this cyber age of trolls it is easy to spread negative things about anyone with out repercussions. I deeply apologize that your agency has been dragged into something you have nothing to do with.

This insurance agency is great! I've been very happy with their service especially after I had a pipe burst in my house. They took care of the claim quickly and even brought over space heaters for my home to provide heat while the repair was being made. I've recommended them to several of my friends.
