Don't go with this company the didn't know what the are doing. The are so bad peoples and not good I been with them over 4 years I have one claim and stop answering there phone and email. And the will find you sheep insurance but not covering anything!

Today I arrived at the agency and had a meeting with ROBIN MANAI ::: on the issue of our car insurance. The second time I meet this nice and kind woman, a professional in my work. She is a very good employee of BEL - ANDERSON INSURANCE agency and an excellent employee who knows her job very well. Although my English is not very good, she told me everything in detail, helped to change our coverage and accept payment of our bills.

It is very pleasant that people like ::: --- ROBIN MANAI work at the agency. Thank you very much for your work and customer care, you have shown great respect for me and offered excellent service. Had a tree fall on both my cars and carport on the January storm. Called my agency and my agent. I was told by Safeco I had car rental, when I told my agent she said I didn't have coverage. She made me talk to a specialist and he also told me I didn't have coverage. I had to rent my neighbor's truck out of my own pocket. I called back later to change my policy and another agent told me I had coverage. When I complained to my agent she didn't care.

I was exploring a car insure quote. After a long discussion with the woman I realized they didn't have a better deal than Geico. I told her I would pass. Well, believe it or not she signed me up anyway, I got the bill and when I told them I didn't agree to take the insurance and I made that perfectly clear in the conversation, I Had to prove to them that I made my purchase by providing the date and time that preceded my talk with her, otherwise I would have been held liable for their coverage. Very deceptive practice.

I have been a customer with Bell-Anderson for a little over two years now. Bell-Anderson has written my personal auto, renters and when I bought a house, my homeowners insurance. Customer service with Steven Wu is always a joy. I get prompt and courteous service and I would recommend this service to anyone who would like to have the personal touch of an agent and a small business who works throughout the community that they thrive in.

Terrible. For some unknown reason one of my houses was re-evaluated and I was offered expensive high risk insurance. I asked why and was given a list of things which I fixed ( several were cosmetic only) when I presented new pics, I was told that there were still too many issues. B.S. I have always paid in full on time, had zero claims, and have good credit.

I was told by Patty Jump that the insurance company would not insure me. Guess what? I switched to a new agency and explained what had happened. Lets just say that there was a world of difference for my pocket book and how I am treated. Shop around.

Is there anything lower than 1 star? I am a business owner. Bell-Anderson is not a company you would want to buy insurance from. Customer service is so bad. The insurance card they issue states to call them. I called them when one of my drivers got into an accident. They took my phone number and that's all they did. No phone call nothing. I have to hunt down the "real" insurance company that wrote my policy.

So I have been dealing with Liberty Mutual now and not a peep from them. Also there was a question when I bought this insurance as why I was paying high rate on a vehicle that is worth $3000. Agent response and showed me the "sym/cost" it meant that if there is a wreck I will get paid for the price of a new one. Now, my truck is totaled because of somebody hitting my driver and guess what? They insist they only pay the cash value because that is what Bell Anderson sold me. WOW what a change! DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE.

I've been a business owner for years and was insured by Bell-Anderson. They offered coverage I needed, but when it came time for them to actually offering "customer service" they were terrible. Nicole Siegfried and Carmen are the two employees I dealt with.they both treated me like I was an imbecile, even though I had documents from them supporting my concern. I will be taking my business elsewhere, why would I pay someone to treat me bad. Bell-Anderson NOT recommended.

I highly recommend Bell Anderson as a solution to any insurance problem you might have. Every dealing I've had with this company has been positive, strait forward, and easy! I honestly feel that they do an awesome job helping, not just me, as an individual, but larger companies as well. This is not true with the larger insurance factories of the world! Thanks again to BA and specifically Andy Hoven!
