Cant even get ahold of anyone on the phone in the Credit Union. Guess I have to drive there to get help.

I wish I could give this no stars. BCBS is the absolute worst to work with. First, not being able to speak to a real person is just terrible. I'm sure it's so they can save more money on not paying claims. Second, they constantly disconnect you. Step it up BCBS! Be like United, Aetna and Cigna. They are actually helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a non-work related back injury that required 36 visits to a chiropractor. BlueCross only covered a handful of visits and stuck me with several thousands of dollars in bills. The chiropractor was very upfront about this even before the first session. I tried to talk to my HR, but was just referred to a BlueCross representative that was actually on site.

I was told by them they could do nothing. Afterwards, I had several phone calls with BlueCross. I was trying to see if maybe they could extend my mere 12 chiropractor visits a year with the 24 physical therapy I had. Or if there was any kind of options to extend the 12. Regardless, no one would do anything for me. This was months ago. Towards the last quarter of last year, a BlueCross representative had me call them to ask me a few questions.

At first, I thought they actually reviewed the situation and were going to do the right thing. But as it turns out, they were actually trying to find out if I had any plans of hiring an attorney. They were concerned that I was suing. Really puts into perspective where their priority lies.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value If I could rate less than 1 star I would. They never answer questions, they hang up as soon as you're transferred, and literally go out of the way to be in helpful. Way more expensive than other plans and they literally had us pay for everything out of pocket. I will never recommend this product and I will never use this again.

BCBSOK maintains members because of the broad network or doctors. Then they don't care about the members that pay the premiums, they have a system of transferring customers around until you've wasted so much or used us your lunch break. I've had to choose which days I could take my meds and what I can eat based on if they want to cover my medications.

When they want money from you, it's due a week ago. When you need something from them, they need 60 days and their mailed notifications take over a week to arrive, often leaving you 7-10 business days to respond. Don't use them if you do not have a job that allows you to make 2 hour phone calls without interruption so you want may speak to 6 people to *possibly* have your issue resolved. Do yourself a favor and go with another company, or just go lie in a ditch and you'll still be better off.

Critical: Quality Nightmare trying to reach/ speak with anyone for help. If they are too big or busy to help their existing clients they should not be accepting any new ones. They need to do a better job at supporting their current clients and providers.

BCBS needs to reach a contract agreement with saint francis. We are sick and tired of this happening and then worrying about medical treatment. A lot of us have all of our drs and specialist in the st.francis network and cant just find a new dr without a long wait. Its a good thing my psychiatrist told me that there is a waiver for those as established patients.

Not reaching an agreement and having people panic over their health is unnecessary and down right cruel and as a for profit company, you should be ashamed. Its all about money to bcbs. Yall could care less about your customers.

Been on the phone for 3 hrs trying multiple ways to pay my premium. Online wont load into a format for me to pay. Customer service hangs on up you after taking your banking information. Have had this insurance for 3 months and have had the absolute worst time with it. Definitely will be looking to change asap.

This just happened moments ago. I pulled into the garage parking to park. I had been there maybe 3 minutes & was calling a rep I had spoken with to switch my insurance. They didn't answer so I left a message. As soon as I hung up they found a security guard comes over to me and says "why are you trespassing?" I told him I didn't realize I was trespassing.

It's a public building with public parking and I wasn't sitting there for no reason. He told me I had to leave. I am beyond upset right now. If this is how you guys treat your customers then you just lost a lot of business.

I have had BCBS for over 5 years. Never had one hiccup. The Plan F picks up everything without question. Premium is up a little from others but it's a sight better than paying the balance after Medicare! No problems with them for a very long time! KR
