I was rather angry because some punk puke who hit the back of my wife's car and pushed her into smother at a stop light in a big truck! She was shaken and timid for two weeks after!. He claimed HE had whiplash at the scene but refused police assistance a call and s report! I went into this office, saw his insurer and put the agent in notice if there was the slightest monkey business by the kid who hit my wife on who was at at fault I was going to unravel his life and depose him endlessly!
The representative for his insurance Jennifer D, was super understanding, careful, thorough snd concerned plus pleasant and efficient with voicemail and email! If I didn't have a friend agent for my insurance needs I would absolutely use this company and this office! Thank you Jennifer and thank you Bozzuto Insurance! I now know who you are!.
