My agent Rachel Argiro is absolutely amazing. She was helpful, honest, diligent and very kind. She has absolutely won my heart, whatever my insurance needs are, she will be the first to know. I highly recommend Burns & Burns, tremendous staff. They saved me lots of money and provided better coverage than all of the other agencies I dealt with. This is an A+ shop.

I had them give me a quote so I could compare to my then current Insurance Allstate. Wow! Not only were they officiant, and thorough but they saved me money. I was paying over $1400.00 every 6 month. Now I'm paying $700 every 6 months. Not to mention with better & fuller coverage & that's just my car Insurance. They saved me on my homeowners insurance as well.
When I went in to go over the paperwork they had everything printed out & went over every page of both my policy's with me showing me what I was being charged for & not being covered with. With my old policy & the new policy. They took their time with me to make sure I understood everything answered all my questions & concerns. They made the transition between the 2 insurance companies easy & painless for me. Definitely worth doing business with them & so glad I asked them to look into my policies. Thank you Kate & Stephen.

I called having been given the number from my regular insurance agent. I am from out of state and was in the process of buying a property in Pennsylvania. I spoke with Megan and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She had a good understanding of what I needed and the urgency (at least to me) of the timing of things. She was very nice and efficient.

Awesome experience! Not exactly what you first think of when purchasing home insurance. From the first phone call while speaking with Cora, I was impressed. She was informative, professional and congenital. She actually listened to my concerns and needs. Never tried to pigeon hole me into a plan, but instead, worked the plan around me. Ben called with all the final specifics and was just as helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole experience quick and easy. Again.not what you think of when buying insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I changed insurance companies a few years ago due to the present company I was dealing with for years kept raising prices for their products. I contacted Burns and Burns and the customer service I received was some of the best. I spoke with Kerry Page and explained the services I wanted, homeowners for two residences, vehicle insurance for 3 vehicles and a umbrella policy. Kerry quoted a number of different options and we went with her recommendation of Penn National Insurance Co.
The price was good and the coverage is excellent. Kerry was very knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless. We have sent other friends to Kerry due to the great customer service we received from her and Burns and Burns Insurance Co. I would highly recommenced this company to everyone, they are the best.
