Very unprofessional and rude. Ignore your phone calls when you have questions about them denying your claim for made up reasons. They have more bad reviews then Comcast and that should tell you something about their business practices. They told me that passing out at work because of overheading is a idiopathic or natural cause to pass out and fracture my skull on 3 places and be in the hospital for a month.

Critical: Responsiveness The Almighty God is watching; and when things began to happen in your personal life, think about the times you've mishandle people that needed your honest and respectful services. Shame on you, Brentwood Services.

Absolutely LOUSY! Had an incident at work almost two months ago. My "so called" adjuster called me the day AFTER surgery and asked was I medicated. Trying to be truthful, I told her I was. She said she couldn't interview me because I was medicated and that she'll call me that Monday. I guess Monday never came in her book. I've been calling leaving quite a few messages.

I told the receptionist of my ordeal and she transferred me to her supervisor. Left HER a message. Still no call back from neither my adjuster nor the supervisor and it's been almost two weeks! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

After closely working in the corporate office with the staff at Brentwood Services for about a year now, I attest that the adjusters and executives are truly excellent and passionate at what they do. I would trust anyone here with claims. BSA truly is a team and I am proud to work here!

One star, only because giving less than one is not an option, but this is my experience in the past three months: I was injured at work and was told someone from this office would call me in a day or two for my initial interview. I waited three days, then when I called, finally got ahold of someone, and we scheduled an appointment on Thursday for the phone interview. Thursday came, no call. Friday?

No call. I called midday Monday to get an excuse of "our phones were down." A month later, a coworker of mine, also injured at work, had the exact same experience, right down to the "our phones were down" excuse. Moving on, I was told by my caseworker that this same employee, Stephanie, would send me the list of approved orthopedic doctors. I again, waited for three days and received nothing.

I left a message for Stephanie asking her for the list of doctors, then called my caseworker and she sent one she had on file to me in a matter of minutes. She called Stephanie, then miraculously, an email from Brentwood Services arrived, and a phone call explaining that the letter had been mailed two days prior, but I didn't actually get the letter until four days AFTER I made this phone call.

Onto the matter of getting paid ON TIME: 50% of the time, I have not. My check, the week of Veteran's Day, was four days late, as well as the one from Thanksgiving. This week with NO holiday in it, will hopefully be here Monday, again, making it four days late. I understand there are holidays which hinder the postal service as well as a pandemic, and I would be understanding. However, when I was injured initially, this same person said she put my check in the mail and I would have it the next day, (in time for payday) and I did, so anything other than general laziness and a lack of care and concern for the people they serve is the ONLY reasoning I will be accepting.

My Husband was hit by a county deputy in February 2020 They never called us. We never got a rental. They have not picked up the truck or even looked at it. Will not answer the phone little on call back. These people need to be shut down. Their only good reviews are from employees hoping they get get a paycheck. Its time to get an attorney involved. Everyone dealing with these thieves should cause them as much trouble as they cause all of us.

These people could care-less. I am Truck Driver and it took almost 8 weeks to see a lousy check that isn't even a 25% of what I made. They say they are working on behalf of the Drivers but their actions display otherwise. I got a lot of run around and requests for more and more paperwork as if they don't realize you have limited resources due to your injury. Nothing was good enough.

Not very happy. My wife severely burned in a workplace injury back in April 2019. On Friday, December 6, we received notice that an account was place with collections from one of her visits to the hospital for follow up treatment. This bill was originally submitted to Brentwood for payment in May. They are not very timely and it's impossible to reach anyone.

I ended up calling the collection agency and giving them all the information for Brentwood and the case so their investigators could take of it. This is ridiculous that we even have to go through this at all.

I am a truck driver (independent contractor) and have been paying premiums for four years, I have filed a claim 8 weeks ago and not a clue if they are going to pay benefits. My adjuster Lori Baker has initiated one call during this experience. Anytime I have been required to fax documents to Mrs. Baker, she has NEVER responded to make me aware they have been received.

After waiting weeks for the hospital to forward my medical records to One Beacon/Brentwood Services, my adjuster didn't offer me the courtesy of informing me of being in receipt of my documents, I called the hospital and found this info from their staff. The success level in reaching her by phone is 'zilch'. When this policy became active I assumed I was making a conscious decision to protect myself if injured on the job, but one Beacon/Brentwood Services has shown me otherwise. Your company should be ashamed of its poor customer relations. But I guess this is how you maintain your earnings. I am in the midst of filing a complaint with their state.

Lousy lousy, lousy. Every time my wife gets a new prescription this brentwood runs us thru a gauntlet. Oh that doctotor is not allowed to write a script ect and on and on. We had to work with putnam and had no problems for 12 years. our hospital changed to Bentwood and we get bent over all the time. Not happy!
