Called to see if I could get my home Insured and all they did was interrupt and talk over me I even asked to speak to someone else and whoever Scott is had the same attitude and none of my questions got answered, and they didn't even let me finish what I was asking before saying "yeah we're not in the market to insure your house goodbye" and hung up on me.

I don't recommend this company to anyone at all. I've called 2 different times today and both conversations I barely got a single word out of my mouths. When I called yesterday to speak to someone The receptionist said there were no agents even there to speak to and they were still open for another hour so I had to wait until today and all I got from anyone I talk to was a bad attitude. I don't recommend using this company or any insurance agent from this company, because apparently their all Ignorant.

This insurance agency has some pushy vultures working for them. I requested a quote for an existing homeowners policy as my current rates had climbed pretty high on my existing policy. The agency was not able to beat my current rates and that was Ok. Unfortunately the agent Audrey stalked me trying to get me to sign over my current policy to her so she could get my existing agent's commissions she had not earned. I had to warn her to stop emailing and texting me and to please leave me alone.

By far the best customer service. Great people and company! You will not find a better company for your insurance needs.
