I actually feel sorry for all those who work there. No sympathy whatsoever for those who lost a family member in an accident. 4 months now and they r still looking for something that allows them not to pay. Revolut - you better change the company.

I use Revolut premium & had a travel insurance claim handled by Broadspire. I'm pretty surprised to see so many bad reviews as I actually had a good experience with them in December after a 16h delayed departure on a trip. I got my compensation in January. I did find email responses were a bit slow after being informed of the amount I'd be compensated (approx 2-3 weeks after submitting the claim), but given that it was around Christmastime the delay was totally expected.

They were quick to process my payment once Christmas passed and I received it in 2 business days. I had no issues, it all worked fine. Definitely worth having revolut premium.

My insuance uses these guys in the event of a claim! They are whatless! I got hit off my motorbike and the person who hit me claimed It was a filter on his side but there was not however it was down to me to go on google maps and find where it happend to prove there was no filter! I then had to chase them daily to do there job 4 months went on I send the images myself to the accuseds insurance company whom took liability!

I then had to chase these guys for my excess! these guys love to say its just landed on my desk! they had been sitting on my Cheque for 6 weeks! they cant run a bath between them! would leave 0 stars! you basically do there job!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value A failing company that employs failing individuals. 0 customer service. Rude and hostile approach from staff. You won't get anything from these guys except for stress and sleepless nights.

I submitted the insurance claim for urgent dental treatment but to submit the claim i was forwarded for times. When I submitted invoices, tickets and all proofs, the insurance company asked me endless list of senseless documents. It's just for 350 euros, immagine if some serious problem will occur, this insurance will never help you. Very disappointed.

It was a main reason i did the metal subscription because I'm traveling a lot. It's not easy even to submit. You are writing email which you see in Revolut app after that they are forwarding your email to other company, that company forwarding again your email, just after that they are sending you email with link to submit the insurance claim. It would be more easier if you just give the link in the beginning.

After you submitted, nothing is happening, you are writing to them and receiving endless list of requests which you can see in the attachment. So senseless list i never saw. How you can proof that you don't have elsewhere insurance? It's a second time I opened account in Revolut to give them a chance for advertising efforts they are doing. First time i left them because when i was in a brought they blocked my card for verification, just when I'm in a brought and without cash.

After I submitted the documents in few days they unlocked it. Unsubscribed from metal and will pass to other solutions. I don't suggest anyone to have any deal with this insurance company or a Revolut because they can block your account in any moment and the insurance with Metal subscription is useless, when you will have a trouble they will do everything to don't give you the money.

I had to make a claim for car hire insurance. Lauren Deller was professional and responsive when dealing with my claim. Great service, absolutely no issues at all.

What a bad rip-off COWBOYS company ever I have seen in the automotive industry. their assessors are not trained enough even I don't believe they have licence to do this job. They sent an offer for a stolen car 11K but on the real market same car as same year condition milage etc. is min price starts 15890. I bought private engineers report different company and send them but still, they say this is final offer you have to accept it. I been solicitor already and preparing to sue COWBOYS.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Wish I could give 0 stars. Needed emergency surgery, submitted a claim and they refused to even contact me back. Don't waste your money with them. And don't use Revolut for your travel insurance, it's not worth the paper it's on. AVOID

Unfortunately I had no choice but to use these idiots the previous company I worked for had passed my car damage to their insurance. Just like my company this company matched like they were related. unprofessional, doggy, poor value, poor quality, cannot be bothered to reply. Best thing to do is complain to ombudsman and they should look into company's like this.

I am going through a very bad unprofessional and painful claim with this clowns. its the UK office and you talk to 10 Different people of there staff, you get 10 different promises. first i been told that one of the approved garaged will pickup my car and get it inspected and i will be getting a curtsy car, spend a week nothing, so i rang then there engineer will visit me and he will do something. so the guy came in full-suite took some pictures he went he said its needs more checks and needs in a garage. so another week passes. then i rang again.new story, they dont have a approved garage where i live there for i needs to take it to a garage and get it inspected my own cost.so why do i need insurance then? i reported this 4th of Jan now today is 26th of jan. still my car is sitting my drive and i have no any curtsy or anything but numerous stories. stay away from this company
