I'm so blessed to have such an amazing extended family. As hard as it already is to deal with the passing of a loved one meeting them while going through necessary procedures has made everything so much easier. They understood what I was there for and even suggested someone to me to help eliminate my stress. Both experiences between Mrs. Elizabeth Benton (who I was hurt to hear have left) and now with Mr. Leaman.
He took the time to take care of everything he gave his word to do and promised me a call by 9 and he sure enough did call me around that time to come pick up my documents. I even had the opportunity to meet his wife Ms. Kim. They are all very experienced insurance agents who I will suggest anyone who resides in NC to contact for your legal needs. You won't regret it.

I've ALWAYS had someone to answer the phone and if I leave a message for a specific agent, the call has always been promptly returned. They are the worst company I ever dealt with. I called in July of 2016 to switch from a vacation home to a permanent residence. I actually call 3 times because I assume I would get paperwork noting the change, never received anything. So comes July 2017 I want to upgrade my insurance. I make the call to them and they still had not changed me to a full time resident after a year.
I got the complete run around I was transferred to every other person in the office then after week I called back again to find out what was going on and no one in the office ever heard of me. Then I was told they couldn't offer me the insurance I wanted and suggested I go somewhere else. Now I'm getting the run around about receiving my refund check from them. Do yourself a favor start off with a different company.
