We have been with Goosehead, infinity and all state. This by far the BEST insurance company I have ever dealt with! They are so fast and polite and so patient when we get the difficult companies with special requirements. I honestly can not say enough about this agency they are always there! After dealing with other insurance companies and having to wait days and days for a COI and some times never get it Bryan Insurance is a breath of fresh air.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brad at Bryan insurance. He definitely is pleasant to talk to on the phone but does not take care of business. I left three voicemails for him to call me back, none of her which were returned. I sent three emails none of which were returned. I call the office asking to speak to the owner and the secretary was not pleasant and sent me to Brad instead of Tommy.
I was under a deadline to get insurance. He had eight days to try and help. He told me it would've been finished within five, but it was not. So on day six I contacted another insurance company in Weatherford and I got my insurance within two days and met my deadline before cancellation. Wallace insurance worked extremely hard for me. Unlike Bryan insurance.
I'm very disappointed in the way Brad- handled my case. I would not be posting this, but the secretary not sending me to the owner was a huge disappointment. If I wanted to speak to Brad- again I would've asked for Brad-. So here is your review. So if you want someone to help you I would suggest going to Wallace insurance in weatherford.
