If I could give them zero I would. I recently paid electronically an insurance premium which travelers said they didn't receive and Citi said they sent. I have proof of payment. At no time during the 2.5 mos I tried resolving this issue was C.H.E helpful. They either didn't respond, asked for things respectively, asked for unnecessary things or didn't respond.
I emailed the CEO and received no response (customer service comes from the top). I just got a new quote and it's for better coverage at $157/ year savings over what CHE had me paying so they're not even worth it. I would suggest going to someone else. I don't know how they stay in business.
