I have had business dealings with quite a few insurance companies in various industries for everything from claims to warranty. I can confidently say that Cal-Valley is the top of the list for hands-on customer centered focus. Every person within this company takes pride in the work they do and it shows. I have never had any problems with getting anyone on the phone and every interaction I have ever had has been beyond courteous, with the utmost care to ensuring that any and all questions I had was answered.
