This amortization scheduler is provided for your convenience. Simply choose the percentage rate and the years you would like to carry the mortgage out through. Then enter the price of the home you are interested in and press the "find monthly payment" button. The payment information is as acurate as we can make it, but it is still an "estimate". Check with your mortgage company representative for accurate, exact amounts.
Be an informed buyer. Gather as much information as you can about the marketplace. Select and work closely with a REALTOR, and you can make your homebuying experience more effective. It is important to do this before you begin looking for homes, or you may end up with no representation. Rely on your REALTOR to answer general questions, as well as provide you with specific information about buying a house. Get your financial picture in focus as soon as possible. Maximize your financial picture and be aware of your credit situation before you buy.

I just closed on a house I purchased on September 30, 2021. The selling Realtor was just terrible. She could not meet deadlines and for most of the loan process was totally confused. Two weeks after closing, I had to personally go get a deposit back from this Real Estate office because it was not attached to the closing. Emails were deleted from my Realtor and many things caused this loan to drag out much longer than it should have. I would not recommend the realtor (which is retired now), nor the office for allowing this agent to be so careless.

Only worked with one lady. But she was professional, honest, and dedicated. So I would recommend.
