Home owners look else where! will they give you a pretty good deal? Absolutely! And that's where you go wrong. As we all know, south Louisiana was hit pretty hard by Hurricane Ida. Unfortunately, if you bought your homeowners insurance with this company, be ready to be ran through the ringer. I really think they try to wear you down until you just. stop calling. Ida hit in August and I made a claim on August 31st. NOTHING has been done other than a contracted employee come out to look at damages.
I've called so many times I've started to write down the day and who I spoke with. I'm on my 4th voicemail with the supervisor that never returns your call. This is a disgrace! Yes, there is more to this story! How can a claim be filed on August 31st and still get nothing by OCTOBER 28th? This company is a scam!

I don't believe just clicking an appropriate star rating would be sufficient at expressing my level of satisfaction I have from working with Carmouche Insurance. I work with Scott at my job where he provides service, attention to detail, and recommendations on coverage. Scott heard I was in the market and put me in touch with Ms. Donna to get a. personal quote. Donna worked diligently to make sure we had all necessary documents in place to give us an "apples to apples" comparison against our previous policy as well as supplied us with a recommended coverage plan so we could compare the coverage and weigh out our options.
They never guaranteed me a lower price but they delivered great service every step of the way and turns out they were cheaper. I completely satisfied knowing I have a quality policy and company now. Thanks!
