Sold me a commercial policy that I could not use for a residential property. When my property got destroyed and burglarized, the company they sold the policy for refused to pay. This is why I bought the policy. Be careful and ask proper questions when dealing with this company. Offered no assistance in dealing with the company they sold the policy for. Do not recommend, they take your money and will absolutely leave you holding the bag with no support.

I interact with the CBS staff several times per week. They are always willing to help, quick to respond and very knowledgeable and professional. One of the many things I like is when they are not sure of an answer they will let me know upfront and then they proceed to find the answer - usually very quickly. The CBS employees make any interaction an enjoyable experience. I do not hesitate to call on them for assistance!

Everyone that I've dealt with at CBS Insurance has been friendly & professional. Whenever I had a question, they would always give me a prompt & accurate response. About the time that I realized that my homeowner or auto insurance was coming up for renewal, I'd be getting an email from their office telling me that they've already evaluated my policy and have included price quotes.
