Rich the "Manager" is an absolute dog to deal with. Hangs up the phone before letting me finish my sentence. I'm looking for Dealer Open Lot insurance per their website and says "we don't offer that product" and literally hangs up without letting me finish. What an unprofessional bottom feeder low class guy. The only person that was nice was the receptionist. Rich has to go.
