I really appreciate having Chuck as my agent because he's great at keeping me constantly informed. He's always updating me of new coverage options and discounts to be sure I have the best policy available. He comes by my business every 2 months or so to make sure we're up to date and that everything's going well. He is around whenever we need him and he always answers my phone calls (or calls back quickly). Great local agent with personal service.
