Closing Agent

I had a cash deal that we need an extension because the closing agent didn't pay attention! No customer service as well!

I'm a Realtor and used this terrific office for a condo closing. It was a difficult file that had title issues that 2 other offices couldn't resolve. Shannon and her entire team were prompt and professional through out the entire process. My first time home buyers and I were all very impressed.

They are good but use a survey company called Visionland which is completely non responsive to any phone calls and update requests. these days that kind of service is appalling.

As a Realtor, I have used many different title companies and closing processors. I must say The Closing Agent made the transaction a very smooth process with excellent communication throughout. Best of all, Glorianna Satterlee was truly outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure my customer stayed on track throughout the closing while countless questions were thrown at her.

She not only handled it professionally, but the customer finally was calmed down after Glorianna explained everything. I would recommend both The Closing Agent and Glorianna in the Celebration office if you're looking for a great experience for all parties involved.
