Don MacLeod has been a blessing to work with over the past 15+ years! As a single mom, I was trying to navigate the insurance system (*gulp*) and I found Don to be knowledgeable, supportive, kind and efficient. He was a word-of-mouth referral. He was always there to answer questions and still is! You send an email after-hours, you get an immediate system reply!

He follows up when he says he will. Oh and his son Dan has been helping me lately and he is a chip off the old block! (I'm not calling you an "old block" Don, but you know what I mean! ) If you need insurance of any kind--you'd be foolish not to use Colonial! They are the type of people that if they can't help you (which is likely impossible), they would find someone who can. I have NO doubt! Thanks Don, Dan and the Colonial Insurance staff! We love you at the Joy house! (Both of my sons, now adults, are with Colonial Insurance as well!)

Dan and the rest of the Colonial staff are incredibly helpful. They are responsive to questions and are there for you when you need them most. When my wife was in a car accident Dan made sure we were taken care of without any issues.
