Tried to call in for help with website was stuck on hold forever, got disconnected. Had tried to sign in for three days and couldn't finally talk to somebody to get it figured out. I don't think it should take that long. They always seem that I am bugging them when I call and not that I am a valued customer.

Got a cancellation notice in the mail as a result of non-paid premium. I double checked to ensure I had not received an additional bill after renewing and paying the initial premium amount. The only invoice received was one for a credited amount to our account. I called to discuss the issue, sweet lady I spoke with in billing said "Looks like we are on the same page, we do not have an invoice for the additional premium due, only the invoice for the credited amount, " to which she checked again to ensure she did, in fact, not have an invoice. **Read that again** I get a call back the next day saying "We have the invoice." Extremely fishy practices. Also unorganized. Could not get any of our business addresses correct with multiple times of writing out correct business info and sending to them via email multiple times.

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS WEBSITE. All the good reviews are fake. First, I ordered a $167 dollar Ryzen 5 2400g processor. Over a week passed and when my package came, the item was a fricken tray. The paper said it was a Ryzen 5 2400g tray. I searched it up on their website, there is no such item. They won't pickup my calls, or answer any of my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I paid over $100,000 in the past 3 years. For insurance never once did I file a claim? I canceled my insurance. And the year before I overpaid them by $9,000. And they don't want to give me my money back prior to that the first year I have my account. I was late turning in my Payroll two months in a row and for each month, they penalize me $3,000 a total of $6,000 for two months.

And at the end of the year when I got my audit. They didn't refund that money either. Plus the total a $15,000. You can't be late one day with them. Brazil take every means to keeping every penny they can. Never again will I use them? They're under a world-class lawsuit as we speak for this very same stuff. There are thousands of people just like me. So you could only imagine the money. The day of property off of ripping people off and taking their money.

I do not normally take the time to write a review unless I had a great experience, but in this case I received absolutely horrible customer service. Its my first time personally dealing with this company and the customer service is horrible, rude, and disrespectful. In dealing with the audit department, I called two days in a row, and unfortunately for me I got transferred to the same lady (Karen.

I think.) I informed the lady that I was trying to get the correct information sent to her and that this was my first time (personally) doing an audit with the company. First day she basically talks to me in an unpleasant way, I blew it and just prayed because we all have bad days. The next day I had to call for a different question and as I'm giving her the policy number she cuts me off in the middle of me telling her and says I know the policy number (very rude) it was only 4 more numbers she had to listen to, I didn't know she knew who was calling considering the day before I had to give you all this information. I'm sure its a great company to do business with but they definitely need better customer service skills.
