Jenny was recommended by my real estate agent for a new house being built in Charlotte. She provided me with the coverage I needed and with the company I wanted to work with. Unfortunately, the is a second home with solar and insurance companies in NC do not provide liability on second homes required by Duke Energy. I found out about CoSaint from a close friend of mine that had recently also switched from another company and was bragging on how much he was able to save on his insurance for both home and auto. He told to at least give them a call and see what they say so I did. I called on a Friday after noon and told me give them until Monday to search all the company's and get me the best quote for my new truck I had just purchased. Monday morning comes around a I get a call from Them and they said that they were able to find me a policy that met all of my needs in coverage and slightly even better in some aspects than my insurance I had currently for a total saving of $404 dollars a year. The staff seems very knowledgeable and are very efficient. Very glad I made the switch to CoSaint.

Simply put - their guidance and timely service has been excellent. From experience, I understand the great value of using an INDEPENDENT Insurance Agency (which CoSaint is). My dealings with Direct Writers (which CoSaint is not) has always witnessed difficulties. I come from a family that, before retiring, ran an Independent Insurance Agency (in New York State), for which both parents as well as all of their sons were licensed Independent Insurance agents.
