Buying our dream home wasn't easy. There were many, many unexpected trials and tribulations -- and insurance requirements may well have been foremost among them. Just as an example: at the last minute, the lender decided that we needed flood insurance, which I dutifully purchased on my own. only to have the company lose all track of the policy and be unable to reference the very account number they had just given me!

Thank goodness my agent at Costello and Sons is the amazing Kathleen Brabo. She swooped in and set things right -- and may well have saved our closing. Since then, I've never made the mistake of trying to do anything insurance-related on my own. I go straight to Kathleen, who always talks me down from what seem like the worse case scenarios. She's wonderful -- thoughtful, kind, upbeat -- and some sort of insurance Super Agent. Give her a call!

First off, I rarely post on Yelp. Just too busy. But this insurance agency constantly amazes me with their customer service. And I'm in the customer service business so I think I'm qualified to judge. Mike and his team are very professional, courteous, efficient, and value my time. They work hard to make me happy. I called them today at 4:45 as I needed proof of insurance for a new car I bought and they had everything on the dealer's desk in five minutes. You just don't find service like that these days so when you do, you have to let people know. I'd give them six stars if I could.

I was a customer of this company for ten years. Over the course of those years I can count three times I was called and checked on, or had any customer service. All I got were renewal notices and higher insurance premiums. When my guesthouse was dropped from coverage I was blamed. I was told one of my staff had contacted the company directly and warned them of our use as a short term rental.

Not one phone call. Only a letter from the insurance company. Until I called several times in one day, close to the expiration date, was anything done. Then, he gave me the number of someone to call instead of working on the problem from his office. What poor customer loyalty and service. I was so insulted that I've moved all of our policies to a broker who comes by the house, shows me how to save a few dollars, and reads through all the paperwork with me so I know what is insured, and how it is insured.

I never got that from Costello. NEVER. The only reason I give this company one star is because I didn't have the heart to give them NONE, which is how I really feel after all this time.

I've been a client of Costello & Sons for about a decade and have found them to be fair, honest, and extremely responsive. My primary contact, Mike Wardenburg, and his support team have gone above and beyond the call of duty by helping with the mundane (re-sending proof of ins. statements) and acting as liaison to the insurance carriers to expedite matters during stressful times. My annual renewal quotes are fairly priced (they always shop the coverage for the best value) and any increase are explained well. I'd highly recommend this firm.

I was extremeley impressed with the knowledge of the CSI Private Client Group. They really know the market and the products necesary for High Net Worth Families. In speaking with broker, he really new his stuff. They packaged three homes, all of our autos, umbrella and collections. A better carrier with quite a few loss control measures included to keep us protected. Atlas

Holly hell, Our insurance for my HOA is through these guys. I just called allstate and saved us $4000 per year on insurance costs for my building. I can't believe someone signed up for this years ago and that I was paying for it. I feel robbed.
