Old American Services is a limited liability company organized to provide management services and support to the Old American group of companies, which includes Old American County Mutual Fire Insurance Company (licensed in Texas) and Old American Indemnity Company (licensed in multiple states). The Old American insurance group has its offices in Dallas, Texas and specializes in nonstandard personal automobile insurance, which is primarily produced by Managing General Agents (MGAs).But, we are constantly looking for the right people to join our team.

Literally the worst insurance EVER! It has been 1 and a half months and the adjuster has not called me. I've left voicemails for the adjuster, manager, and supervisor and NO ONE has returned my call. The guy who hit me was insured with this company and did not even have a license. I will be contacting a lawyer because this business should not even be able to run with the complaints it has.

If I could give 1/2 or even 1/4 of a star I would but unfortunately I cannot. My 16 year old daughter was rear ended by someone who uses this company for insurance and I am stuck dealing with them. I have called no less than 12 times in the past 7 days to try and get a claims adjuster to work with me and as of today I have received 0 calls back from them.

To let you know what they think about customer service, I had one call agent literally tell me that he would not escalate my call to a manager and then he hung up on me. I feel sorry for anybody else who has to deal with the company since they obviously do not care about customer service.

One of their clients hit me in a parking lot and took off. When I called to file a claim nobody answered and I left a message but no one has returned my call

This place scams people! One of their drivers hit my parked car twice in my own driveway 2 separate times! Insurance refuses to pay and says we want unnecessary repairs even though the mechanic says they are necessary. A 1-2 week job ended up taking over a month Becuase they refuse to pay us for damages caused by their driver! Now I know why their driver chose this company! Absolutely horrible customer service trying to contact anyone! Shut this place down!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. First of all I had an undocumented driver hit me with no license! His insurance was these people! What type insurance hands out insurance to someone without a license?! Makes no sense! I wanted to file a police report and the guy refused to stay and just left. I explained to the officer what happened and he made the police report favoring me.

My car is currently at the shop. This insurance had me on hold for 50 min and the adjuster DIGNORA FRANKLIN refuses to take any of my calls. Completely SCAM. They also sent me a no reply email that the investigation would take 60 days. I don't have that type of time to sit in and wait when it was clearly their fault! Nora M is the one that spoke me and told me DIGNORA FRANKLIN would get back to me.

Complete lie! I had to get Allstate (my insurance involved) one of the worst experiences I'm going through and I hope no one ever has to go through a similar experience. As you can see there is not one good review about this place.

I've been trying to reach out to these people for over a week now! No answer! The only time someone answered was when I first filled the claim. Was told adjuster would call back in 2 days and nothing! Called back 3 days later and was given the adjuster phone number and name (Michael Jones) been calling and leaving him messages like crazy and never picks up phone or returns phone calls! This company is a complete scam! I'm on the phone right now said I was in a line in and the only one holding but still been waiting for over 30 minutes!

Horrible cheap insurance company vehicle go totaled could never get them to pick up the phone. They wont pick up the vehicle from the shop and instead of paying us out they forced owner retained it now I'm stuck with a wrecked car that I told them I don't want to retain. Submitting a Texas Department of Insurance complaint to see if they can help. Save yourself the time and file on your own insurance and let them go over Old American

One of their insured drivers cut across the highway and stopped in my lane when I had the right of way, causing me to hit the car. The claims person was very rude and said I should have stopped even though I had no stop sign. I called the sherrifs department and the officer stated I had the right of way and I had no reason to yield, thus putting the other driver at fault.

I am going to end up suing that poor lady because this insurance company is not going to pay. I would suggest not using this company because if you are in a wreck you will end up paying.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness One of their insured drivers rear-ended my car and this company has yet to take any action. I filed a claim with them and have been making attempts to reach them regarding my claim but they have not answered me.
