I reached out to Lori for a commercial insurance quote a month ago, gave her all of the appropriate information and never heard back. I messaged them multiple times to no avail. I finally received a message saying they don't have the employees to do any proper quotes or files leaving us high and dry a month before renewal. Take your time and money elsewhere.
