Our agency ordered insurance leads from one of their vendors (rep name Samson) that they highly endorsed. According to their video, they guaranteed replacement for any reason it did not work out. Well the leads were bad and vendor refused to honor their promise. So lost money that will never recover. Will never do business with them nor their shady vendor again.
