Now it's different people when I call and they don't return phone calls also they sound like it's their first day working in insurance. I'm looking for a new insurance company.

This is the only office in Modesto and it's close indefinitely and the office in Turlock and Manteca are not associated with Modesto. It's very hard to connect with an agent. Their road service is very bad, it takes forever to set up road side service. I am planning on changing insurance service.

I am thankful to Lori, Mary and Marni for all their help. When I have had issues, Lori has acted expeditiously to help resolve those. I am a satisfied customer.

After having major issues with Geico after an accident claim I switched over to Lori Crivelli who is a Nationwide agent. Lori was actually able to save me money on insurance over Geico and bundle my other policies into one account with Nationwide which also resulted in lower premiums. Lori and her staff are always there to answer my questions and I know that the next time I need to file a claim, Crivelli Insurance Services will be there to take care of it for me.
