Cummings Scientific utilizes small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) to provide complete accident scene documentation and site topography. High resolution photographs and videos can be used to create detailed 3-D mapping for use in accident reconstruction and visual presentation. Cummings Scientific's sUAS pilots are fully licensed by the FAA.
Slip & Fall biomechanics is the science concerned with the internal and external forces acting on the human body. The injury analysis can provide insight into the cause of the injury or a comparison of different injury scenarios. For slip & fall investigations, the incident walking surface slip resistance can be measured.
Dr. Jeremy Cummings is the principal scientist and CEO of Cummings Scientific, LLC, he has over 18 years experience in the areas of forensic and scientific analysis. He specializes in biomechanical analysis, injury causation, human factors, low-speed impacts, slip and fall accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, visibility analysis, seatbelt and airbag analysis, human falls and accident reconstruction. He has extensive testifying experience and works for both the plaintiff and defense.
