We recently refinanced our home & unfortunately during the process our home owners insurance somehow did not get swapped over to our new policy and caused it to cancel. I was not notified til after the fact. Which obviously put me into a frantic tailspin trying to ensure our home was covered. My previous agent was not helpful and left me hanging. I started looking around as we were new to the area I didnt know anyone nor where to look, so Google it was.

I called around to a few places, with promised responses of a call back, which no one called back, I found Trevor Hickman Ins and called & spoke with Debbie Luke, what a blessing she was. It was the day before a holiday weekend and she literally spent her whole day pulling quotes to make sure I was taken care of and to ensure I got the best quote.

Not only that, on the night before a holiday weekend she stayed late to ensure my policy was binded to ensure I had coverage & to ease my mind before the long weekend. This was such a stressful event for me and she truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and calmed my anxiety of the whole ordeal. This company truly knows what customer service is all about and stops at nothing to ensure they take care of their customers.
