When Ed Dressel founded our agency, Columbus was Ohio's third largest city, not the largest as it stands today. Our mission in serving the residents of this great metro area, however, remains the same - delivering superior service with "old-school integrity" as one of our longtime clients, Brian Kohler, described it.
Jim Evans joined the agency in 1993 and now serves as the Vice President. He has been married to his wife Lynne since 1990. He and Lynne have three boys who are all graduates of Westerville North High School and are doing their own things now. Jim and Lynne like to walk nightly, travel as much as they can and watch the kids grow in their specific endeavors.
We will explain insurance in simple, easy-to-understand terms so you can make informed decisions about coverage. Even after you're satisfied you have the coverage you need, we're still not done. We periodically review your policies to be sure you're receiving all eligible discounts and the most preferred pricing and products.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Jim is my agent and does an excellent job of keeping all my "ducks in a row". I have a delivery company and insure trucks and drivers and he juggles everything for us no problem. I also have all my personal insurance with him. They aren't pushy and they are always more than willing to help. Highly recommended!

Jim is an awesome ins agent very personable no games always very easy to get ahold of very glad to make the switch from catanzero whom I was with for 3 years and couldn't get a call back and get an accord than you Jim for going above and beyond I would give more than 5 stars 2/18/21 So I had to update a year in with Jim and he still amazes me prompt with amazing follow up I highly recommend
