DTRT Insurance Group

When I first got insurance from DTRT Insurance Group they were excellent, however they have turned into a very difficult group to deal with. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to update my information on my flood insurance and have not been able to get it done. They will work had to get your business but be careful once they got you there service is not good.

Avoid this place. Went there for their "Fast Tag & Title Drop off". I was told the entire fee was $255.80 which was paid in full. When the tag was ready, I was told I owed an additional $180. I paid it but the staff refused to provide an itemized invoice.

The staff at this company is very responsive, they usually respond to my emails within minutes. I have always done my transactions electronically and they help me obtain the lowest rates in the industry. On top of that, they are very nice and courteous.

I have been using this agency for years on multiple properties that I own. My agent, Cindy, has always found me very competitive rates. Response is a bit slow because they are very busy, but I always do hear back, and I always like what I hear.

My real estate agent recommended DTRT to us when we moved to Florida three years ago. Fortunately I have not had a claim against any of my policies, but the DTRT agents and staff have been extremely responsive to any of my concerns. My two daughters also moved to Florida. One moved from New York and the other from Nevada. They also are very happy DTRT customers. The daughter moving from Nevada had issues trying to obtain insurance through their existing providers. DTRT quickly resolved these issues.

DTRT Insurance Group let you feel like a family member cares for you. I could not be more happy to have DTRT for all my insurance businesses. I recommended to my boss, to my coworkers, and to my friends. Great company and the best out there, no doubt!

First ever review for me but these guys actually work for you. Edgar and Gregory are just nice guys that will spend the time to get you the best deal in the crazy world of home owner insurance. I could write a paragraph about our continuing saga the home owners Ins these guys made the bite from that premium hurt much much less while handling every twist n turn in a nice friendly professional way.

Bottom line Insurance companies don't want to give home owners reasonable rates and will do anything to kill a good fair priced policy. These guys found options no one else knew about and packaged us so we qualified for and actually got a rate much lower than anyone else quotes
