Previous raters may not know adjusters are with the insurance company and not with Enservio. Enservio (and other third-party vendors contracted by insurance companies) cannot legally release pricing information to the insured person(s) without the insurance adjuster's permission. Insurance policies vary widely, so talk with your adjusters to find out details about your policies, (for example: if depreciation would applied).

You can always provide information to insurance adjusters to have pricing revisited if something seems inaccurate. Also, I can speak from experience when I say always photograph your things for your own records and don't throw out anything unless your insurance adjuster approves of it! Best of luck out there.

My insurance company asked me to call enservio to tell them the items that were destroyed in an accident in my home. The adjuster was very nice and i felt determined to help out but when she finished doing her evaluation she refused to send me a copy, tell me how much they valued the loss was or who actually made this estimate. It was a worthless time wasting effort.

My insurance company hired Enservio to take the damaged items inventory. Their specialist name cathy came to inspect the items. she was very professional took her time to write down the detail of each damaged item, she send her report to the pricing unit who are not competent to priced the items. they have priced my items 20% of the actual replacement value. i disputed the pricing it is going on since June 2019 no results.

My pure silk sari were priced as a Art silk sari which is a artificial silk. They don't have staff who are expert pricing the items. If your insurance company pick Enservio i wish you a luck. Their service is soooo bad. even 15 years old child can priced the items they just google and price the items which ever they feel like. I am going to approach their CEO to look in to this matter.
