We recently purchased our new home insurance through Farmers Mutual Insurance Co. The agent could not have been more helpful and gracious. She went above and beyond to help us regarding our policy. I've never felt as comfortable using an agent as I have had with her. I recommend everyone contact her for any future insurance purchases.

Terrible service. Who goes on someone's property when they aren't home just to take pictures. Honestly they are the worst type of business to deal with. They are somebody who will willingly take advantage of you and not even ask a question. I highly do not recommend you ever use this service. Honestly they would be better if they just listened to their customers.
