As no one was present to represent Fountain Creek, and believing Loda township would be divided, it was finally decided to substitute Douglas for Fountain Creek. The company later moved to Onarga, IL. We now provide coverage in 34 counties in Illinois. Make a list of all damaged or destroyed property, showing in detail quantities, costs, actual cash value and amount of loss. Send to us, within 60 days after a loss, proof of loss signed and sworn to by the insured person. Exhibit the damaged property to us or our representative, as often as may be reasonably required.
