If you ever get into an accident with someone that has this insurance please consult your insurance first. My experience was horrible. From the start got the run around. Could never get in touch with the adjuster until finally i left a voice mail about going thru my insurance company. She felt like the estimate on my claim was to high and it was one of their places they use.

Finally get the car in the shop and it was more than the estimate. i go to pick my car up on the 11th when the shop called and said it was ready. Went to turn in my rental car in and they refuse to pay for the last day of rental. What did they think i was suppose to do for the last day? not go to work without a car. Not once did they call me an tell me they would not be paying for the last day i heard it thru enterprise and had to pay for a day of use of the car out of my pocket.

I will be calling the better business bureau about this. This company deserve negative start please beware and i will continue to post about my experience so this does not happen to someone else.

I got into an accident, I was in pain and had to deal with FCCI Insurance Group. Where do I start. the Claims Adjuster, Jean S. had a poor attitude. Our initial conversation was rushed, so that was a red flag. The rental car service called me twice during the course of a week, to tell me that FCCI stopped the payments on the rental car and when will I return the car.

The Claims Adjuster had her own vain opinion of when she felt my car should have been repaired ilo of the experts at the collision center. It was FCCI's fault that the collision center was not done with the repairs, because the center was waiting for the approval from FCCI. The Claims Adjuster caused me to step away from my desk several times, to send emails to her, to call her, to call the rental car service, and to call the collision center, all because she felt my car should have been repaired in a certain amount of time.

She inconvenienced me and disrupted me on my job. She stopped answering my calls. I had to tell her via email, twice to tell her manager to call me, because I was fed up with her. When I spoke to her manager, somehow the phone "disconnected" and I never heard back from him. My experience was NOT at all a good one. Run. don't walk!

Good luck with settlements - my claim specialist has poor communication and is never reachable. It's a guessing game at this point, very unprofessional to say the least! Never deal with this group again!
